We are so excited to announce that this is our first official week in our newest location! Set in a true medical park, our completely renovated space spans across two floors with custom therapy rooms, community area, training rooms and so much more! This is what better care looks like… and it’s just the beginning!

Located at 7230 Engle Road, Suite 102 in Fort Wayne we are easily accessible from I-69. We hope to see you soon!
